About the Speaker
Margherita is Regional Head of Management & Strategy and Core Programs in Goldman Sachs, EMEA Global Markets Compliance. She is responsible for driving the execution of EMEA Global Markets Compliance’s strategic business plan, spearheading large regulatory change/exams, working with specialised program teams to help ensure global consistency.
She spent the first half of her 15 years + career working at Clifford Chance in Milan and London, specialising in capital markets and regulatory advice. She worked at Bank of America in FICC Compliance and as the GM regulatory reform lead. More recently, she worked for TD Securities, where she held a number of global and regional roles, most recently EMEA Head of Advisory and Regulatory Change.
