“I am a corporate M&A lawyer with significant experience in the financial services sector.
I have been Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a high frequency trading firm.
My practice involves advising clients in the trading industry (exchange-listed and over-the-counter), particularly those which trading algorithmically, in all aspects of their businesses.
I have considerable experience in financial services regulation. I assisted the EU legislature in drafting parts of the current EU-wide financial services rules and regulations as well as responding to numerous consultations on other aspects of those rules and regulations with non-legal industry working groups and associations.”
