About the Speaker
Sandro Schmid is Managing Principal at EPAM Systems, leading Financial Services Consulting in Switzerland and advising banks, asset managers and insurers on digital transformation and risk initiatives. He previously co‑founded and led AAAccell, a Top 100 WealthTech and RegTech firm applying AI and machine learning to capital markets and risk analytics, and is a founder and board member of the Swiss Risk Association. Sandro also brings extensive experience from prior CEO, CRO and COO roles in Swiss banking, giving him deep, hands‑on insight into risk, regulation and technology in practice.
