About the Speaker
Tom Soden manages the Markets Reporting Team (MRT) at the FCA. MRT are responsible for monitoring the completeness and accuracy of transaction reports received by the FCA, and for setting policy requirements in RTS22, RTS23 and RTS24. Tom joined the FCA in 2015 and has also worked for the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
